Returns policy

We’re sure you’ll love your Anne Williams Designs purchase, but if something isn’t quite right we can offer a refund or exchange. Please email info@annewilliamsdesigns.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order to let us know the details.

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Return shipping method and associated costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
• Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Anne Williams Designs.
• We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Anne Williams Designs cannot be held responsible for returns that are not received.
• Refunds will be processed through your original payment method and you will receive notification once this has been completed. Your bank may take 3-5 business days to process your refund.

How to return your item

1. Please review our returns policy to ensure your item is eligible for a return.
2. Email info@annewilliamsdesigns.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange your return. Please include the reason for your return.
3. You will receive an email with our return address and a Return Order Number.
4. Clearly label your parcel with your full name and Return Order Number 
5. Send your return back to us within 3 business days of receiving your approved Return Order Number.

All items are inspected before returns are processed. If returns do not meet the inspection and/or meet the returns conditions they will be rejected and sent back to you.
