All domestic Australia orders are shipped via Australia post standard delivery.

Returns policy
We’re sure you’ll love your Anne Williams Designs purchase, but if something isn’t quite right we can offer a refund or exchange. Please email info@annewilliamsdesigns.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order to let us know the details.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping method and associated costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Anne Williams Designs.
- We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Anne Williams Designs cannot be held responsible for returns that are not received.
- Refunds will be processed through your original payment method and you will receive notification once this has been completed. Your bank may take 3-5 business days to process your refund.
How to return your item
- Please review our returns policy to ensure your item is eligible for a return.
- Email info@annewilliamsdesigns.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange your return. Please include the reason for your return.
- You will receive an email with our return address and a Return Order Number.
- Clearly label your parcel with your full name and Return Order Number
- Send your return back to us within 3 business days of receiving your approved Return Order Number.
All items are inspected before returns are processed. If returns do not meet the inspection and/or meet the returns conditions they will be rejected and sent back to you.
